1. Replace "just do it" with "just plan it".
Sebelum membuat apa tindakan, adalah lebih baik buat perancangan. Ini akan menambahkan produktiviti.
Contoh kajian habit/tabiat terhadap 30 ribu perokok yang dibuat oleh James Prochaska, seorang psikologi. Significant finding ;
People often rush into action (I will stop tomorrow) before they setup the neccessary groundwork such as "to throw away all their cigarette".
2. Trick yourself into getting started.
Adakalanya kita perlu 'trick' diri kita seolah-olah kita telah memulakan sesuatu kerja/projek. Think of a few steps you have already taken that will remind you that you're making headway.
3. Set habit, not just goal
Habits are deeply set inside the brain. Although goals are worthwhile, you'll acheive them faster if you turn them into habits and routines. Outsource youself ; outsource only the more rutine, less complex and repeatable task.
4. Work less, accomplish more.
Don't be a prisoner chained to your desk. Berikan ruang untuk otak kita berfikir dengan tenang untuk mencari solusi.
Working longer and harder isn't going to make you more productivity but these tolls will.
Hmm...memang ada tabiat saya yang perlu diubah. Salah satunya, suka duduk berjam-jam di depan komputer dan meja kerja
